Common issues and how to resolve them
Chat not responding or stuck loading
Solutions:
- •Check your internet connection
- •Refresh the page (F5 or Cmd+R)
- •Clear browser cache and reload
- •Try switching to a different timeframe or symbol
- •Check if you've reached your daily usage limit in Profile
Charts not displaying
Solutions:
- •Ensure you've requested a specific symbol (e.g., "Show me BTCUSDT chart")
- •Try a different timeframe (15m, 1h, 4h, 1d)
- •Refresh the page
- •Check browser console for errors (F12 > Console tab)
Portfolio not updating
Solutions:
- •Wait 30-60 seconds for price updates (automatic refresh)
- •Manually refresh by closing and reopening Portfolio dialog
- •Verify position was added successfully with correct symbol format (e.g., BTCUSDT)
- •Check if the symbol is available on Bybit USDT pairs
Not receiving email alerts
Solutions:
- •Verify email address in Profile settings
- •Check spam/junk folder
- •Ensure email notifications are enabled in Settings
- •Confirm you have Premium subscription (required for email alerts)
- •Add at least one position to your portfolio
- •Wait for a HIGH or CRITICAL severity alert to trigger
Login or authentication issues
Solutions:
- •Verify email and password are correct
- •Try "Forgot Password" to reset
- •If using Google OAuth, ensure pop-ups are enabled
- •Clear browser cookies and try again
- •Try a different browser or incognito mode
Analysis seems inaccurate or outdated
Solutions:
- •Remember that crypto markets are highly volatile
- •LeoAgent provides insights, not financial advice
- •Check the timestamp of the data in the analysis
- •Try asking for a fresh analysis with current market data
- •Consider multiple timeframes for better context
Reached daily usage limit
Solutions:
- •Free tier: 10 analyses per day - wait until next day (resets at midnight UTC)
- •Upgrade to Pro (100/day) or Premium (500/day)
- •Check Profile to see exact usage and reset time
- •Use conversation context - ask follow-ups without starting new analyses
Conversation history not saving
Solutions:
- •Ensure you're logged in (not using guest mode)
- •Check if you're in a private/incognito window
- •History is limited by subscription tier (1 day for Free, 30 days for Pro, 365 days for Premium)
- •Conversations older than your tier limit are automatically removed
